Think you are a member of the community? Think again

Jane Towner (YES!) writes in part "They are members of the community, not just land owners paying taxes."

Will YES! please define for all of us in Cohocton, what the standards are for consideration of being a member of this community? Perhaps that should have been part of windmill law #2? Leaseholders, members of YES! upstanding citizens are officially declared members of this community, to include UPC LLC.

All others, you are just "land owners paying taxes".
