FOR SALE 156 acres Cohocton New York

We have been told repeatedly by UPC, the town government, wind experts, Marion Trieste that property values will either not decline or in fact go up with wind turbines. We've also been told that the negative impacts are "fiction". We've been told that many people are happy to move here and people have no problems with wind turbines. In fact, Fenner is listed as a local "wonder", and it's just a few names over and over again telling lies. People just don't see a problem - it's just the few anti-wind litigation crazy nuts. And finally, the leaseholders would never dare do anything to hurt their land or their neighbors land. Bottom line, this is much to do about nothing: Fear of the unknown. Fear that we aren't getting what someone else will.

Local Law #2 was passed on Tuesday. After all this talk, we think it's time someone put their money where their mouth is. For those of you that believe YES!, this is a perfect opportunity to make some money on a solid real estate investment in Cohocton:

For sale by owner 156 improved acres of Cohocton property. Prime views (1,600 foot elevation) mix of woods and tillable fields. Come build your house ... rural western New York is one of the last places on the Eastern part of the country where the average person can afford much less find these large tracts of land.

Remember this land will be worth more once the turbines go in and the experts have all but guaranteed that the property value will not decline. How can you lose?

Send an email inquiry to this blog and we will pass it onto the owner. Serious inquires only. Hurry it's going to go fast!
